These small group sessions are designed to help calm the nervous system, reduce overwhelm, and support the brain in creating healthier, more helpful patterns over time.
Unlike one off relaxation classes, sessions run in four week blocks to encourage consistency and repetition. From a neuroscience perspective, repetition matters. The brain learns through repeated experiences and practice, which is why regular relaxation and Solution Focused techniques can become more effective over time.
Each session combines guided relaxation, elements of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, gentle psychotherapeutic techniques, and a take home recording to support progress between sessions.
While there is often a shared focus such as anxiety reduction, overwhelm, confidence, or wellbeing, group sessions are not the same as group counselling. Nobody is expected to speak in depth about personal experiences unless they wish to.
The sessions follow a Solution Focused approach, meaning the focus is kept on what is going well, noticing progress, and thinking about preferred futures rather than repeatedly revisiting problems.
Clients are welcome to contribute as much or as little as they feel comfortable with. Some people enjoy sharing positive reflections or small wins, while others simply benefit from listening, relaxing, and taking time for themselves.

Groups are advertised throughout the year and require a minimum of three participants to run.

A calming wellbeing focused group designed to help you slow down, reset, and prepare for the week ahead.
Using guided relaxation and Solution Focused techniques, the group encourages clients to notice what has been going well, recognise small signs of progress, and create more mental and emotional space to begin the week ahead feeling calmer, clearer, and more positive.
Confidence, Calm & Wellbeing
Mondays | 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
A supportive group for those experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, stress, or a sense of losing themselves beneath the pressures of everyday life.
Through guided relaxation, Solution Focused techniques, and simple neuroscience based understanding of the brain, the group aims to help clients better understand stress responses and learn practical ways to reduce overwhelm, improve motivation, and gradually build confidence over time.
The group is particularly suited to those who may feel mentally drained, stuck in survival mode, held back by busy schedules, overthinking, or low confidence, and would benefit from regular time focused on themselves, their wellbeing, and their progress.
Designed to offer both support and encouragement, the sessions aim to help clients reconnect with their strengths, recognise progress more easily, and begin creating healthier, more positive patterns moving forward.
