We spend time noticing what has been going well and where progress is already happening. Together, we identify clear, manageable steps that help you keep moving forward in the right direction.
Therapeutic Change and Techniques
I guide you into a deep state of relaxation, often called trance, where the mind becomes calm, focused, and more open to positive change. You may also experience techniques from psychotherapy, CBT, NLP, and brief therapy, always tailored to your individual needs.
Support Beyond the Session
Support continues at your pace, with practical tools you can use in everyday life, including a free relaxation audio to help you maintain calm and progress between sessions.
